In vitro examinations

• Quantitative suspension test according to the DVV/RKI guideline with the following viruses:
  polio-, adeno-, vaccinia-, polyomavirus (SV 40), bovine parvovirus (chemothermal disinfection) and BVDV
• Quantitative suspension test according EN 14476:2007-02 with polio-, adeno- and bovine parvovirus (chemothermal disinfection)
• Quantitative suspension test similar to DVV/RKI guideline or EN 14476:2007-02 with following viruses:
  HAV, HSV-1, HSV-2, feline calicivirus and murine norovirus (surrogates of norovirus), BCoV (surrogate of SARS-CoV), rotavirus strain Wa, human and avian influenza virus A; ECBO-, Echo- and rhinovirus type 14

NEW: Now also quantitative suspension test similar to DVV/RKI guideline or EN 14476:2007-02 with porcine influenza A virus (H1N1)
• Screening examinations with different test viruses
• Examination of antiviral activity via CPE inhibition assay/MTT assay
